The masterplan features a luxury hotel, private villas, a championship golf course, an equestrian center, formal French gardens, a wedding pavilion, outdoor event spaces and scenic overlooks above the Hudson River. The cinematic presentation was created to communicate not only the architecture, but also the atmosphere, guest experience and long-term vision of the development before construction begins.
