AI real estate video: common questions
What is an AI real estate video?
An AI real estate video is a marketing video built from existing project material — architectural drawings, 3D renders, or listing photography — using AI-assisted animation and post-production instead of filming on location. The result is a cinematic clip of a property or development that may not be built yet.
Who is AI real estate video for?
Property developers presenting projects to investors or opening pre-sales, real estate agents marketing luxury listings, and architecture and interior design firms showing work that has not been photographed.
Do you need to visit the property?
No. We work from files you send: drawings, floor plans, renders, masterplans, or listing photos. There is no filming and no site access.
How long does an AI real estate video take?
Up to two weeks for a full cinematic project presentation. Short-form listing videos are faster. The traditional CGI animation pipeline takes months for a comparable result.
How much does it cost?
Each project is quoted individually. Price depends on video length, the final resolution and quality level, the number of delivery formats, and how much usable source material you provide. Two rounds of revisions are included in every quote.
What formats do you deliver?
16:9, 9:16, 1:1, or a custom aspect ratio, on request. High-resolution delivery for YouTube and large-screen presentation includes an additional upscaling pass, quoted separately.
Which countries do you work with?
3DvisDesign works with clients worldwide. Completed projects include clients in the USA, Canada, Australia, the UAE, Singapore, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and New Zealand. Briefs and delivery are handled in English by email.
