description of the project: The building is located on a 409m2 site with a north-east frontage, laneway access to the south and east, and around 100m from North Melbourne station. Development of 7 x four-storey 3 bedroom townhouses onto of a basement carpark. With the exuisit design features two floors of bedrooms and two floors of living with separate kitchen/dining and living spaces. The irregularly shaped lot has presented the biggest design challenge with this project. We tried to show the main facade with attention to detail and materials.
Modern facade that fits into the environment and becomes a decoration of the quarter with a full-fledged housing function
