The 43 apartments currently under construction will consist of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom market-rate units within a former jewelry factory. The building will provide amenity rich spaces including a fitness center, community game room and outdoor bocce ball court. The Jewel sits directly across the street from the Attleboro commuter rail station providing direct, quick and easy access to Providence and Boston. This project joins the renaissance of the Attleboro downtown as the city slowly brings in hundreds of new residents.
